Major Correspondence Requests
- All major requests including the following require a fee per parcel requested:
- Appeals
- Proffer Determination
- Vesting Determination
- Zoning Determination
- Zoning Verification
- Requests take approximately 6 weeks to complete
- See fees in Appendix B of the Zoning Ordinance (PDF)
Submit correspondence requests online through LandMARC. Fees can be paid online through LandMARC by credit card. Payment by check made out to County of Loudoun can be dropped off in the Government Center first floor lobby or mailed to:
