Lucketts Bluegrass

(All ages) The Lucketts Bluegrass Concert Series closes out its 40th season of weekly concerts at the Lucketts Community Center on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 7 PM featuring two top notch area bands: The Patuxent Partners and Patent Pending. The Patuxent Partners perform a traditional style of bluegrass that embodies the high lonesome sound of founders of the music such as Bill Monroe, Buzz Busby, & The Stanley Brothers. Tom Mindte-vocals & mandolin, Brian Deere-guitar & vocals, John Brunshwyler-banjo, Jack Liederman-fiddle, Victoria McMullen-bass. Patent Pending has been performing & recording bluegrass music for over 30 years. Eldred Hill-mandolin & lead vocals, Rusty Williams-rhythm guitar & vocals, Joe Zauner-banjo, Leigh Taylor-Kron-bass, and Keith Dill-fiddle.
