To reflect a new road segment for Prentice Drive from Shellhorn Road (at the intersection of Metro Center Drive) to Lockridge Road (Route 789 Extended) with an ultimate condition of four-lanes within a maximum 120-foot right-of-way and revise the alignment for Route 789 Extended.
