Lovettsville Cardboard Boat Regatta

(All ages) Float, Sink or Swim? Contestants make boats out of cardboard and tape, then rely on their inventions to keep them afloat as they travel across the pool. The fastest boats have the opportunity to compete in the finals. Other awards include The Titanic (most spectacular sinking), and People's Choice (prettiest boat). Sign up your team early; there are only 12 spots! After the boat races, there will be time for swimming. Admission fees apply. Concessions will be open. Email Lovcc@loudoun.gov for regatta rules.
