Holiday Fair Vendor Registration

(All ages) Do you sell Tupperware, Avon, Tastefully Simple, or any other direct sales products, arts, or crafts? Then this is the event for you! Vendor registration is open for our Holiday Fair on December 6th. This event will provide each vendor with new sales opportunities while providing our community with a shopping event that showcases many products under one roof. The event will be open to the public and will be advertised throughout the community. Vendor registration begins 8/14. (Register with activity #105806-01)

Letters From Santa

(Ages 10 & under) Your child will be thrilled to receive a personalized letter from Santa, written just for him/her! Included with the letter will be the North Pole Newsletter, complete with Santa's agenda, a craft idea from the Elves, and a holiday recipe from Mrs. Clause. Upon registering, print the Santa information form with your receipt and send it via fax to 703-421-3118, via email to nicole.larock@loudoun.gov, via mail to SCC, 120 Enterprise Street, Sterling, VA 20164, or drop it off at the center in Santa's special mailbox.

Celebrate Bats at CMP

(All ages) Stop by the Visitor Center and take part in a celebration of our insect friends! Games and activities will be available daily. Don't forget to pick up your copy of Betsy's Batty Field Guide!

Build and Bounce

(Ages 10 & under) First-Saturday-of-the-Month Activity! Our gym will be filled with building blocks and moonbounces galore! DUPLO and LEGO blocks, gears, and other building toys for different age groups will be available for participants to test their engineering skills. Participants can jump in our moonbounces to get the creative juices flowing. (register with activity #103705)

Home Show Weekend

Douglass Community Center in Leesburg will host the HOME SHOW this weekend, Oct. 4-5, featuring DIYs Kayleen McCabe, WTOPs garden editor Mike McGrath and antique appraiser Todd Peenstra, and paranormal activity specialist Bill Hartley.

Fall Plant Exchange

(Ages 16+) Bring your perennial divisions, herbs, houseplants, shrubs, etc. to trade. Meet others who share your interest. Please label your plants. The exchange moves fast, so don't be late! No registration is required.

Lucketts Bluegrass Concert with Bill Emerson

Lucketts Bluegrass Concert Series kicks off its 41st season Saturday, October 4, at Lucketts Community Center with performances by Bill Emerson & Sweet Dixie. Tickets are $15 at the door. Show time is 7 p.m. and doors open at 6 p.m. Call 703-771-5281.
