(Ages 10 & under) Your child will be thrilled to receive a personalized letter from Santa, written just for him or her! Included with the letter will be the North Pole Newsletter, complete with Santa's agenda, a craft idea from the elves, and a holiday recipe from Mrs. Claus. The Lucketts Bluegrass tradition continues into its 42nd year and is one of the longest continuously running series of its kind in the country. (All ages) Enjoy a day at the park fishing for rainbow trout. No fishing license will be required during this special event. Trout may be taken home, but all other species must be returned to the pond. The creel limit will be announced the day of the event. Volunteers will be on hand to clean your fish. Grab your suit and come to Claude Moore Recreation Center to pick one of our swimming pumpkins! There will be time for swimming and fun, too. Then, we’ll dry off and decorate our pumpkins.
