The Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS) reports that continued efforts, including temporary shutdowns of its online registration systems, RecTrac and WebTrac, throughout the day have resulted in some improvement with transaction speeds. The systems experienced slower-than-normal registration transaction speeds today, Tuesday, March 28, 2017, the first day of summer camp registration.
