The Board of Supervisors, Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services and Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for Phase II and Phase III of the Dulles South Multipurpose Center Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. The public is invited. A Family Fun Fest featuring moonbounces and refreshments will be held in conjunction with the groundbreaking.
