If you have been exposed to COVID-19 and need a protective order, temporary protocols (PDF) have been put into place if you cannot enter the courthouse.

About the Court

The Loudoun County Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court hears cases involving juvenile offenses and family-related cases such as:

  • Child abuse or neglect
  • Child support
  • Custody disputes
  • Foster care
  • Spouse abuse

All Juvenile cases are confidential. The Clerks Office may provide court dates and times ONLY over the telephone. You will need to appear with a photo ID to obtain further information.
