Zoning Fees

Major Correspondence Requests 

• All major requests including the following require a fee per parcel requested: 
  • Appeals 
  • Proffer Determination 
  • Vesting Determination
  • Zoning Determination 
  • Zoning Verification
• Requests take approximately 6 weeks to complete
• Fees must be paid by check, payable to the County of Loudoun and submitted with your request
  • See fees in Appendix A of the Zoning Ordinance (PDF)

Submit correspondence requests in person at the Planning and Zoning Customer Service Center on the 3rd floor of the Government Center or by mail to the following address:
