  • The Circuit Court has jurisdiction over all appeals from general district and juvenile and domestic relations court. These appeals pertain to cases that originated in these courts. Appeals from the general district and juvenile and domestic relations courts are heard from the beginning, that is, as if no previous trial had taken place.
