Regular employees working 20 hours or more per week and full-time, long-term temporary employees, are eligible for leave benefits. Accrual rates are based on authorized hours for the position. More information on leave benefits can be found in Chapter 6 of the Human Resources Handbook.

Longevity Leave | After 2 years of service, 1 additional annual leave day for each year (caps at 12 days per year) |
Military Leave | Up to 21 days of paid leave per federal fiscal year |
Paid Family Leave | Up to 6 weeks in a rolling year, runs concurrently with FMLA |
Personal Leave | 5 days per pay year for exempt employees |
Sick Leave | 12 days per pay year |
Volunteer Leave | 12 hours per pay year |
