About

CASA is a licensed, after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

Hours

  • From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

2021-2022 School Year Registration

Note: Transactions should be completed online.

  • Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in CASA for the current school year) runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 through April 16.
  • Open registration for any remaining CASA spots runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 27 through June 30. 

2021-2022 CASA Assistance Program 

  • Registration for families in the CASA Assistance Program runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 19 through 5 p.m. on April 23. Call 703-737-8042 weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for registration. Proof of participation in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program and a $50 registration fee (applied to first month’s payment) are required.

Fees

  • Monthly fee: $355/child
  • Non-refundable deposit: $50/child (due at registration)
