About

CASA is a licensed, after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

Hours

  • From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

2021-2022 School Year Registration Dates

  • Preregistration for returning CASA families runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 until 11:59 p.m. on  April 16. Students enrolled in the current school year (including those enrolled who did not attend because of pandemic conditions) are eligible for preregistration. Siblings are also eligible for preregistration. 
  • Preregistration for returning CASA families participating in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program also runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 until 11:59 p.m. on April 16.
  • Open registration for new families participating in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 19 until 5 p.m. on April 23. Registration must be completed in person at PRCS Administration, 742 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg, VA. Proof of participation in the Free and Reduced Lunch Program is due at registration.  
  • Open registration for any remaining CASA spots runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 27 until 11:59 p.m. on June 30. 
  • Open registration for remaining CASA spots must be completed in person beginning July 1.

Registration Fees

  • Monthly fee: $355/child
  • Non-refundable deposit: $50/child (due at registration)
