2024-2025 Registration Dates
- Early Registration Week 1
Tuesday, April 30 at 8:30 a.m. to Friday, May 3 at 5:00 p.m.- Returning CASA, CASA Academy, and YAS families with their siblings, and all PRCS CARES Families (PRCS CARES Program provides discounted fees for eligible participants).
- Early Registration Week 2
Tuesday, May 7 at 8:30 a.m. to Friday, May 10 at 5:00 p.m.- Families from week one. Rising kindergarteners in PRCS Preschool and Child Care.

About
CASA is a licensed, after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) that provides a safe, fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

Hours
- From school dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Programs operate with the LCPS calendar.

Registration Fees 2023-2024
- For the remainder of the current school year, you may register your child if there is space available. Please call 703-777-0343 and speak to a Customer Service Assistant to check availability and get registration instructions.
Transportation
- All LCPS alternate transportation requests need to be made through ParentVue.
Absence
CASA programs use a software app called Brightwheel to track attendance and communicate with parents. To report an absence, please refer to the app.

Parents are encouraged to take an active role by volunteering at sites and participating in special events. Please email us if you are interested in volunteering or job opportunities.
About
YAS is an after-school program for middle schoolers (grades 6-8) that provides a safe and inclusive recreation-based environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to develop confidence by building leadership, decision-making, fitness and collaborative skills.
