About
CASA is a licensed, after-school program for elementary school students (K-5) to provide a safe and fun environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to enhance recreation, behavior, social and physical skills.

2021-2022 School Year Registration
Note: Transactions should be completed online.
- Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in CASA for the current school year) runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 through April 16.
- Open registration for any remaining CASA spots runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 27 through June 30.
2021-2022 CASA Assistance Program
- Registration for families in the CASA Assistance Program runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 19 through 5 p.m. on April 23. Call 703-737-8042 weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for registration. Proof of participation in the Loudoun County Public Schools Free and Reduced Lunch Program and a $50 registration fee (applied to first month’s payment) are required.

- Monthly fee: $355/child
- Non-refundable deposit: $50/child (due at registration)
Get Involved
Parents are encouraged to take an active role by volunteering at sites and participating in special events. Please email us if you are interested in volunteering or job opportunities.

YAS is an after-school program for middle schoolers (grades 6-8) that provides a safe and inclusive recreation-based environment for children of working parents. The activities are designed to develop confidence by building leadership, decision making, fitness and collaborative skills.
Hours
- From school dismissal until 6:15 p.m.

- Preregistration for returning families (families enrolled in YAS for the current school year) runs from 8:30 a.m. on April 6 through April 16.
- Open registration for remaining YAS spots begins at 8:30 a.m. on April 27.

About
CASA Academy, offered at designated community and recreation center facilities, provides an after-school option for students in grades K through 5. Each center will choose one specific theme for lessons during the entire school year (e.g., arts, music, STEM). CASA Academy follows the Loudoun County Public Schools schedule.
