Facility Reservations

Franklin Park is a great location to host your family reunion, special event, employee picnic, wedding, or youth sports gathering. You can reserve anything from a pavilion (picnic shelter), to a baseball field, or just a simple picnic table at the playground.

Party Tents at Pool

Monday-Friday (Refer to the Franklin Park Pool page for seasonal hours). Includes admission for up to 25 participants (including children, adults and non-swimmers). Rentals start Tuesday, May 30. Reservations begin May 1 (excluding holidays). All fees must be paid in full when making the reservation. All tents are available on a first-come, first-served basis when not rented.

Gazebos are perfect for weddings, picnics and other special events. Enjoy incredible views of Western Loudoun while you’re here!

Sportsplex & Fields

In order to rent any athletic fields you must contact the Sports Division of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services to check availability and make reservations. All baseball fields have lighting.

Tennis Courts

Tennis courts can be used during the hours that Franklin Park is open. Courts have lighting. Tennis courts operate on a first come, first served basis. Reservations can be made to assure court availability.
