If you need an address for:
- single or multifamily residential subdivisions
- commercial, industrial, or institutional structures
These addresses are assigned as part of the land development review process for new developments. They are created through review of proposed record plats, approved construction/grading plans, and proposed final site plans.
During the review process, you will be notified when the address coordinator needs your address plat or DXF file to assign addresses. These may be submitted by email or on a disk.
