Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail Project

The Potomac Heritage National Scenic Trail Project (PHNST) is a designated National Recreation Trail, which will connect the Northern Neck peninsula in Virginia to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Fifteen miles of the trail corridor was dedicated in 2006 as a linear park in Loudoun County, from Seneca Rocks on the Fairfax County line to Keep Loudoun Beautiful Park on Goose Creek.

Natural Footpath

The trail is a natural footpath that follows the southern bank of the Potomac River and is not handicapped accessible.
