The Loudoun County Circuit Court hears bond appeals from the lower courts. Once appealed, these matters are placed on the first available scheduling docket in the Circuit Court.
Attorneys will be notified by the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of their scheduling date. Attorney's must provide the court with the location of the defendant and must advise if a transportation order is needed.
Bond Motions
In the Loudoun County Circuit Court, bond motions filed with the Clerks office will be forwarded to the docket manager and will be scheduled on the docket as priority matters.
