Description
The purpose of the Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC) is to promote the long-term economic growth and development of Loudoun County in a way that is economically sustainable and results in the expansion of its commercial and industrial tax base. EDAC provides recommendations to the Board of Supervisors (BOS) and the BOS Finance/Government Operations and Economic Development Committee (FGOEDC) relative to its programs and policies as they relate to Loudoun’s Economic Development Strategic Plan; and reviews significant projects as determined by the BOS and the FGOEDC.
