Specialty Service Cost Description
Sand Birthday Party Packages $265 
includes the birthday child & up to 14 other children

 Includes exclusive use of Sand Dunes Area & Party Room for two hours, 
birthday child’s name on display board, table coverings, paper products & utensils, six pizza, juice boxes or bottled water & beach ball for each child. 
Additional Party Guests $7 per child Up to a maximum of 20 children, including the birthday child
Birthday Time Slots

Saturday and Sunday
9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., 11:15 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.,
3:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Rate Definitions

  • Commercial Rate: Applies to a business as well as individuals/organization charging a fee.
  • Non-Commercial Rate: Applies to community groups, churches and individuals not charging a fee

Note: Non-Loudoun County residents pay an additional 50% fee. Rentals outside of normal business hours are subject to an additional $20 per hour staff charge and a two hour minimum rental.
