Current & Recent Hydrologic Conditions

Hydrologic Data

Specific types of hydrologic data are analyzed and made available to the public within relatively short times after they are collected. As part of the Loudoun County Water Resources Monitoring Program, some of the data recently collected by county staff or by other agencies, such as the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), are incorporated into data management systems and presented graphically as shown through the web links below. Some of these recent data are considered "provisional" because they have not yet gone through the data collecting agency's full quality control process.

Reviewing these presentations of data will help provide you with an understanding of how our recent and current hydrologic conditions compare with historical conditions.
