Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in the interest of health and safety, Loudoun County’s Home Improvement Programs are not accepting applications at this time.
An exception to this policy is if a household submits an application to the Emergency Home Repair and Accessibility Grant Program to address accessibility and/or emergency needs.
