The Loudoun County Re-Entry Council meets from:

LRAC is made up of a coalition of government agencies, nonprofits, and interested community members.

About the Council

  • Loudoun County recognizes the need for a transition process that addresses survival needs and skill-based services for offenders. 
  • The Loudoun Re-entry Advisory Council (LRAC) seeks to provide information to help with the transition process. 
  • LRAC aims to provide ex-offenders and their families with information regarding agencies, programs, services, and employment opportunities that will assist in the reintegration process. 


The mission of LRAC is to promote public safety and reduce crime by preparing offenders for success through the provision of information, services, and supervision, in collaboration with state and local partners, as the offender’s transition from state prisons and local jail to the community.
