Loudoun County Reentry Advisory Council

Mission

The mission of the Loudoun County Re-entry Advisory Council is to promote public safety and reduce recidivism with justice-involved individuals through collaboration with community stakeholders. We support best outcomes by sharing resources, programs, and community investment to transition individuals into our communities.

The Loudoun County Re-Entry Advisory Council is made up of a coalition of government agencies, nonprofits and community partners. The council:

  • Recognizes the need for a transition process that addresses the survival needs and skill-based services for our supervisees or at-risk populations.
  • Seeks to provide information to help with the transition process and provide services.
  • Strives to provide our clientele/supervisees and their families with information regarding agencies, programs, services and employment opportunities that will assist in the rebuilding process.

The Loudoun County Re-Entry Advisory Council conducts in-person meetings on the second Wednesday of every other month from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in the Animal Services Conference Room of the Loudoun County Animal Services building located at 42225 Adoption Drive in Leesburg.
