The Loudoun County Re-Entry Advisory Council provides information about some of the community resources available in Loudoun that can help ex-offenders address the challenges they face after returning to the community following incarceration.

Loudoun County Health Department

The Community Health Services Division of the Loudoun County Health Department provides a variety of services, including family planning, maternity, immunizations to help protect the public from vaccine-preventable diseases and testing for tuberculosis, sexually-transmitted diseases, and HIV. The division provides follow-up of all reportable communicable diseases and also provides information on illness prevention, wellness, chronic diseases, and many other health-related subjects. The Clinic provides medical care to people struggling with emergency, acute and chronic medical conditions, at no cost to the patients. Patients should call the clinic's Eligibility Coordinator at 703-779-5424 to schedule an appointment.
