Qualified Nonprofit
Loudoun County has a process for nonprofit organizations to be designated as qualified to purchase an Affordable Dwelling Unit (ADU) home. Nonprofit organizations that would like to be designated to purchase an ADU home must complete an application form for “Designation as a Qualified Nonprofit Organization."
