The Loudoun County Emergency Communications Center serves as the county's public safety answering point for fire, rescue, and police incidents, using the county's Enhanced-911 (E-911) system.
The responsibilities of the EMS Division include the coordination, implementation and training of all aspects of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) within the Loudoun County Combined Fire and Rescue System.
