Medicaid Expansion Beginning January 1, 2019
The rules have changed. More people qualify. Beginning January 1, 2019, more adults living in Virginia will have access to quality, low-cost health insurance. Eligibility is based on income. For example, an adult without children whose annual income is at or below $16,754, or a family of three with annual income at or below $28,677, or a person living with a disability with an annual income at or below $16,754, qualifies for coverage.
