A local criminal history check can be obtained in person for any person living or working in Loudoun County. You must show proper proof of identification (government issued identification). Please note this cannot be obtained by anyone else. There is a $7 charge. Cash or check payments are accepted. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office only carries $75 for change.
Record check will include criminal history of arrests by the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (convictions only).
