Friendship House

Overview

Loudoun County Department of Mental Health, Substance Abuse and Developmental Services operates Friendship House, a psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) program for adults with psychiatric, cognitive and co-occurring disabilities residing in Loudoun County.  The goal of PSR is to improve each person's ability for independent living, socialization and effective life management.  

Program Hours and Attendance

Friendship House is open Monday through Friday, and every individual chooses a schedule that works for them.  Once enrolled, individuals are encouraged to attend regularly ( at least one time per week).

Friendship House offers a variety of groups that provide participants with a broad range of skill building opportunities.  Some of the programs we offer include:
