Your Rights to Language Assistance Under Title VI
Loudoun County Transit is committed to ensuring meaningful access to services and information for individuals who have limited ability to read, write, or communicate in English. Upon request, language assistance is provided free of charge to help limited English proficient people who ride Loudoun County Transit. Customer service is available during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
