Description
In accordance with Virginia Code §15.2-1547, creation of local finance boards to manage the assets of postemployment benefits trusts, the Board of Supervisors established the Local Finance Board (“Finance Board”) that it identified as the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Investment Committee. The OPEB Investment Committee is charged with overseeing the proper management of the County’s OPEB trust funds.
