Board Adopts Amendments 

The Loudoun County Board of Supervisors approved amendments to Chapter 1096 of the Codified Ordinances at its business meeting on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. In addition, the draft documents were submitted to the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) on January 15, 2014, along with other programmatic documents such as review checklists and standard operating procedures, for official review. DEQ staff will provide comments to county staff regarding necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with state regulations. 

At its October 2, 2013, business meeting, the Board of Supervisors adopted an intent to amend the county’s Stormwater Management Ordinance (Chapter 1096 of the Codified Ordinance). County staff has since worked with the Facilities Standards Manual (FSM) Public Review Committee on developing draft Codified Ordinance and FSM amendments
