  • Proper swimwear is required.
  • Food, drink, glass containers and chewing gum are prohibited. Only unbreakable, re-sealable containers are permitted.
  • Children five and under and non-proficient swimmers must be within arm’s reach of a parent or guardian at all times.
  • Children 11 and under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian 16 years of age or older.
  • Only Coastguard-approved lifejackets are allowed. Those using lifejackets must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian age16 or older. Inflatable flotation devices are prohibited.
  • No diving in less than six feet of water.
  • No diving in leisure pool areas.
  • Running, pushing, flips and other dangerous conduct is prohibited.
  • Swim training equipment is allowed for training and exercise purposes only.
  • No swimming underneath bulkheads or swim lane.
  • Lap swimmers are to adhere to proper lane etiquette.
  • Swimmers that are not toilet trained or are incontinent, must wear a swim diaper AND a tight fitting plastic barrier.
  • The lifeguard staff may prohibit any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive and patrons must adhere to staff direction.

NOTE: Each facility has specific rules and regulations regarding unique features (e.g., hot tubs, slides, splash pads, whirlpools, etc.) Patrons must respect all posted rules and directions from facility staff. Pool staff may prohibit any behavior deemed unsafe or disruptive. Violators may be subject to ejection from the facility. Rules and regulations may be revised without notice in the interest of ensuring safety of patrons and staff.
