Loudoun County PRCS hosts a wide variety of special events at various sites throughout the year as seen in our seasonal Activity Guide.

Labor Day

Segra Field Parking Lots

  • This event is free and open to the public.  
  • Attendees will not be allowed to bring their own food or drink, except capped, clear water bottles. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed.

Weather Notice

If inclement weather forces the event to be canceled, they will be posted on Facebook and loudoun.gov/prcs by 8 a.m. of the event day.

Pets

Service animals are the only animals allowed in the event area.

LoCo Latino Festival

The LoCo Latino Festival is a free community festival celebrating and showcasing Latino culture. The event features live music and entertainment, food, giveaways, local businesses, non-profit and commercial vendors, and children's activities including crafts, moon bounces, stack cups, and more!

The event is hosted by Douglass Community Center at 102 Heritage Way NE, Leesburg, VA 20176 (across from Taco Bell near the intersection of Route 15 Bypass and Edwards Ferry Road)
