Low-Cost Broadband Options

Some broadband providers in Loudoun County have programs for residents in need of reduced cost service plans. There are also several Loudoun County facilities that offer extended public Wi-Fi in parking areas. 

Broadband Options 

Verizon 

Verizon offers a reduced cost plan as an eligible provider of the Lifeline Services assistance program. Fios Forward is available to new and existing qualifying households for as low as $19.99/month. 

Comcast

Comcast offers an inexpensive Internet Essentials program to all low-income households throughout its entire service area, including individuals with disabilities, as well as senior citizens for as low as $9.95/month.

County Facility Wi-Fi Hot Spots

Wi-Fi hot spots are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Loudoun County Public Library

Loudoun County Public Library’s Wi-Fi signal can be accessed in the parking lots immediately adjacent to the Lovettsville, Middleburg and Purcellville libraries.

The name of the network is LibraryWiFi. No password is required, although users will need to click “accept” on the landing page.

Community Centers

The Wi-Fi signal for the Loudoun Valley Community Center in Purcellville and the Lovettsville Community Center can be accessed in the facilities' parking lots. The name of the network is ParksRec-Public. No password is required.
