2. Unnamed Juvenile Victim (1987 Rape & Abduction)

   On June 27, 1987, the victim, a nine-year-old female, was asleep in the basement of her home (200-block of East Poplar Road, Sterling, VA) when an unknown male adducted her from the house and carried her to an area nearby, where he sexually assaulted the victim.  The victim was then released.
