Loudoun County Parks, Recreation & Community Services provides pavilions throughout Loudoun County that can be rented for a fee by the half-day or full-day. The information below provides links to pavilion amenities, details, rental times, locations, and contact information to rent.
Pavilion Rental Process
- Reserve a pavilion using the PRCS online registration system or visit one of the PRCS facilities listed below for in-person rentals.

- Provide payment to secure your reservation.
For more information about pavilion details or to check current availability, use the table below for links to each of the individual pavilion pages & the online reservation system. For other assistance, email us with inquiries or questions, but the email does not serve as a reservation. Please call your local center or the PRCS Administrative office, 703-777-0343, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with any other questions.
