Records Held by Loudoun County

The following is a general description of the types of records held by Loudoun County:

  • Records that are generated by county departments and agencies in the normal conduct of business
  • Correspondence of county staff and officials as part of official county business
  • Personnel records concerning employees and officials of the county
  • Records of contracts into which the county has entered
