Loudoun County will host a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Landlord Workshop on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the offices of the Loudoun County Department of Housing and Community Development, 106 Catoctin Circle SE in Leesburg. The workshop is being held in collaboration with the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development District of Columbia/National Capital Area Office.
Current and prospective landlords and property managers are encouraged to attend to:
- Understand the basics of the HCV Program.
- Learn about the benefits of renting to voucher holders, including regular rent payments and inspections by the local government.
- Review recent and upcoming changes in the Loudoun HCV Program, including payment standards, utility allowance, and inspections.
- Meet HCV staff and listen to the experience of a landlord working with the program.
The workshop is free but registration is required.
