[ARCHIVED] Planning Commission Holds Public Hearing April 9; Public Encouraged to Participate Remotely

The Loudoun County Planning Commission’s April 9, 2020, public hearing is being conducted as an ‘electronic meeting’ under the Emergency Ordinance adopted by the Board of Supervisors March 25, 2020. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m.

Members of the public who would like to provide comments to the Planning Commission during the public hearing are encouraged to do so remotely in keeping with the county’s efforts to stem the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). 

To give electronic public comments, speakers are strongly encouraged to sign up in advance by contacting the Department of Planning and Zoning at 703-777-0246 by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the public hearing, Thursday, April 9, 2020.  Electronic input in the public hearing will be facilitated by the WebEx Events platform. To participate, speakers may log on with a computer or dial in by phone. Detailed logon instructions will be provided to individuals who sign up in advance and posted online the day of the public hearing at loudoun.gov/pc.

Planning Commission public hearings are available for viewing on television on Comcast Government Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40 and Verizon FiOS Channel 40, and are livestreamed at loudoun.gov/webcast.
