  • Considering US Travel? COVID-19 cases and deaths have been reported in all 50 states, and the situation is constantly changing. Because travel increases your chances of getting infected and spreading COVID-19, staying home is the best way to protect yourself and others from getting sick. If you are thinking about traveling away from your local community, review the travel guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
  • Face Covering Requirement: The Commonwealth of Virginia requires that people wear cloth face coverings when spending time in indoor public spaces, with some exceptions, such as when eating or exercising, in accordance with Executive Order 63. If you see that people are not wearing cloth face coverings, the Virginia Department of Health (VDH) suggests that you do not confront these people. Instead, report it to VDH through their online complaint form (link below). Try to stay 6 feet away from people who are not wearing face coverings. You may also call or talk to the business owner about your concerns if you see staff or customers who are not wearing face coverings in indoor public spaces.
