Loudoun County Update
  • PRCS Summer Registration is Underway: Registration is underway for summer classes and activities offered by the Loudoun County Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS). Summer programs begin Monday, June 22, 2020, at most PRCS centers and parks in accordance with Phase Two reopening guidelines. Guidelines include occupancy limits for recreational amenities, including pools and fitness/workout ares. Program areas, content and enrollment will be modified to accommodate social distancing requirements, including 10-feet for active recreational pursuits. Read the news release.
  • Loudoun County Government to Observe Juneteenth Holiday June 19: Loudoun County government administrative offices will be closed Friday, June 19, 2020, in observance of Juneteenth; however, the Loudoun County Courthouse will be open. The addition to the holiday schedule is in accordance with the county's practice of following the Commonwealth of Virginia's holiday schedule. On Tuesday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam declared June 19 as a holiday, prompting the change in Loudoun County's holiday schedule. Read the news release.
