Design Phase of the Lovettsville Fire and Rescue Station in Progress

In June 2020, the Department of Transportation and Capital Infrastructure (DTCI) project team met to discuss the Lovettsville Fire and Rescue Station site plan to submit the plans to Loudoun County and the Town of Lovettsville for review. Through the summer and early fall 2020, LeMay Erickson Willcox Architects and their engineering consultants, continue to prepare the 35% Design Development documents. 

In winter 2020, Loudoun County will initiate a formal review of the 25% Design Development documents.

This project will design and construct a replacement for the current Lovettsville Fire and Rescue Station. The replacement station will be located adjacent to the existing station on Lovettsville Fire Rescue Company property that will be annexed to the Town of Lovettsville.
