In December, work to complete Phase 1 of the Lovettsville Community Center project continues with the completion of the gravel parking lot and the geothermal well field.
Meridian Construction Co., Inc., Loudoun County's subcontractor, has completed drilling for the geothermal wells and is now working to connect the wells to the geothermal vault, and to backfill where needed. Grading and gravel placement for the parking lot is expected to be complete by the end of the month.
