The Loudoun County Planning Commission’s Uses Subcommittee is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. to continue its work on the Zoning Ordinance Rewrite project. The meeting will be held in the Board Room of the Loudoun County Government Center, 1 Harrison St., SE, in Leesburg.
The Uses Subcommittee was formed to focus on uses in zoning districts, which are addressed in three chapters of the draft Zoning Ordinance:
The subcommittee’s April 25 agenda is scheduled to include discussions about the following uses to assist the subcommittee and the full Planning Commission in its deliberations of the proposed Zoning Ordinance revisions:

Members of the public are invited to listen to the discussion in person or online. The meeting will be live streamed on the county’s website at loudoun.gov/meetings.
The Planning Commission and the Uses Subcommittee have additional work sessions scheduled on May 4, May 11 and May 18, as well as June 5, to continue work on the Zoning Ordinance Rewrite project. The meeting schedule is posted at loudoun.gov/zoningordinancerewrite.
