The original item was published from April 17, 2020 12:30 PM to April 21, 2020 11:12 AM

The contractor for the new Loudoun County Courthouse is planning to have a small crew on-site on Saturday, April 18, 2020, to continue the removal of asphalt at the Church Street Parking Lot.

Additionally, County and Town staff have received several inquiries from the public regarding blasting for the new Courthouse project.  At this time, there are no plans to blast as part of this project; however, as construction continues, a need for blasting may arise. If such a need were to arise, the Contractor will obtain all required permits and notify the appropriate members of the community in accordance with applicable regulations.
