Loudoun County’s general contractor, Meridian Construction Co., Inc., continues to make progress on Phase 1 of the Lovettsville Community Center construction project. Crews are working to rough grade the site in the area of the temporary sediment basin and the new gravel parking lot. It is anticipated that this work will take several weeks to complete.
