  • Pharmacy Program Expands: The Virginia Department of Health has announced that more than 300 pharmacy locations in the state that are taking part in the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program will expand within Phase 1b (PDF) to offer vaccines to individuals who are 16-64 with high-risk medical conditions, as well as front-line essential workers. Anyone interested in getting vaccinated at a local pharmacy may visit VaccineFinder.org to find eligible pharmacy locations, hours, phone numbers, and scheduling links where available.
  • Learn How to Respond to an Opioid Overdose Emergency: Health officials say drug overdose deaths appear to have increased during the COVID-19 pandemic, led by synthetic opioids. The free, virtual training lasts about one hour. Upcoming classes are scheduled for March 22 and 25, 2021. Find more information and register at loudoun.gov/revive.
