Loudoun County Update
  • Vaccinate Virginia Milestone: The Virginia Department of Health reports significant progress in the state’s COVID-19 vaccination efforts. More than half of all Virginians are now fully vaccinated and protected against COVID-19 and more than 9 million doses of vaccine have been administered across the state. 
  • How to Get a COVID-19 Vaccine
    • If you are 12 or older, you can make an appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine at Loudoun County’s vaccination clinic at Dulles Town Center. 
    • You can walk-in without an appointment during the clinic’s scheduled hours of operation. This week, the clinic’s hours are Tuesday, June 29: 3:00 – 6:30 p.m. and Friday, July 2: 930 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
    • You can attend any of the upcoming community vaccination clinics scheduled in Loudoun County this summer. The next one is Sunday, July 4, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. It's being held as part of the Leesburg 4th of July Fireworks Celebration at Ida Lee Park, 60 Ida Lee Drive, Leesburg. No pre-registration is necessary.
    • You can also visit vaccinate.virginia.gov or vaccines.gov to find a vaccination clinic near you. 
    • You may call 877-VAX-IN-VA (877-829-4682), Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., or 703-737-8300, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. 
  • COVID-19 Testing June 29: The final Loudoun County-sponsored COVID-19 testing event will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, June 29, 2021,10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., at Dulles South Recreation & Community Center, 24950 Riding Center Drive, South Riding. The drive-thru event is free and open to all. Required registration forms, which can be printed and filled out ahead of time, are available at loudoun.gov/covid19testing.
  • From Daily Report to Weekly Report: This week will be the last week this COVID-19 Summary Report is published daily. Next week, Loudoun County’s daily COVID-19 Summary Report will transition to a weekly report, with spot reports published any time as needed. Beginning July 12, the weekly COVID-19 Summary Report will be published on Mondays. The latest COVID-19 data is available on the Virginia Department of Health’s website any time.
