How to access this electronic meeting: 

  • Viewing: Comcast Govt. Channel 23, Open Band Channel 40 & Verizon FiOS Channel 40. Livestreamed at loudoun.gov/meetings.

  • Participating: Anyone who wishes to provide comment remotely must sign up in advance by 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 15, 2020, by calling the Office of the County Administrator at 703-777-0200. Log-in instructions will be provided to individuals who sign up for electronic public input prior to the meeting.

  • The Board Room in the Government Center will be open for anyone who wishes to attend the meeting in person, with social distancing measures in effect, including a limited room capacity.
More information about the county’s virtual meetings, including the Continuity of Government Ordinance and information about viewing and participating in other upcoming public meetings, is posted at loudoun.gov/remoteparticipation.
